FAQs
How quickly can my bin be delivered and picked up?
Same-day delivery may be available. For pickup timing, contact the Mr. Waste team to schedule removal once your bin is ready.
How long can I keep the bin?
Bins are usually placed on a 4 to 5 day schedule. Longer arrangements can be made if needed, and daily rental charges typically do not begin until after 7 days.
Where can the bin be placed?
Bins may be placed on a driveway, lawn, or other suitable area, as long as placement follows local and municipal requirements.
Are there extra charges if I fill the bin and need another one?
Yes. If you fill your bin and require an additional bin, the new bin is subject to an additional charge.
What materials are prohibited?
Mixed waste loads cannot contain hazardous waste, dirt, brick, or concrete. Clean fill loads cannot contain mixed waste. Hazardous materials such as paints, solvents, and chemicals are also not accepted.
How do I choose the right bin size?
Bin dimensions are outlined on the bin rental and rates page. If you are unsure which size is right for your project, contact the office for assistance and recommendations.
Do I need a permit to place a bin on the road?
If the bin is placed on a road or street, a permit may be required depending on local municipal bylaws. Street permits can generally be obtained through your local city hall.
